I Was Down To My Last $5

I had no food to feed my 2-year-old son. I chose to give that $5 away to a stranger at a gas station. That was the day I stopped changing my tactics and started changing who I was being.

The Talk I Went To Out Of Spite

My business partner insisted we go to an expensive one-day event I was sure we couldn't afford. So I went too, out of spite, to waste the money right along with him.

The talk was about buying businesses. I sat there thinking, I was made for this. He had zero interest. I had no money and no experience, and I built my way to a $10 million acquisition anyway.

I Lost It. Then I Lost It Again.

When a partner pushed me out, I lost everything. I rebuilt by buying more businesses: two gas stations, a car wash, a deli, and a roofing-adjacent company that I doubled.

Then I lost it a second time. The rebuild was different, because by then I knew exactly how to do it. What was the same both times: I couldn't hold it. In my own words, I just started worrying about things again.

The partner was only how it left. Who I thought I was hadn't grown big enough to hold what I'd built.

What I Do Now

I've acquired 27 businesses. I went from $500,000 in debt to $1 million, and I've manifested $1 million many times over. Today I run a short-term rental portfolio called Wish Tree BnB, and I coach entrepreneurs and real estate professionals.

I've been coaching and mentoring people for 15 years. I built Find, Fix, Fly out of everything that worked, for them and for me.

What that means for you: you already have the power to create what you want. The work is learning to use it on purpose.
